Bah, if you wanted a build like that, just stack life transfer with other degens.

Life Siphon, Faintheartedness, Parasitic Bond, Malaise, Conjure Phantasm, Wither, Phantom Pain, Crippling Anguish, the list could go on, mostly Curses and Illusion, but some from other skill lines.
